Zoya the Feed- A New Era
Hi, I'm Noelle.
I won’t bore you with too many details about myself, but I do want to share how much fun I had launching this blog and why it’s time for me to pass it on. I’m a 20 year old college student who had the privilege of interning here at Zoya for nearly two years. I started working here in the middle of the pandemic, and was lucky that my favorite polish brand needed a writer! My real passion beyond writing lies within advertising. I’m pursuing a bachelor’s degree in advertising, and was recently presented with a new copywriting opportunity in that field. I will never take for granted the experience I gained from this internship. Working for Art of Beauty and alongside its supportive staff has been such an amazing opportunity. Aside from having full creative freedom to write for the blog and different marketing materials, I also got the chance to explore my artistic side. I had always been interested in cosmetics, but before I started this position, I had no idea I would become so attached to the nail industry. I’ve learned so much about my field, but also about myself. It’s a bittersweet day to say farewell to the Feed and to Art of Beauty.
Don’t fret—the blog isn’t going anywhere!
Enough about me. I know what you’re really interested in is this blog. So what’s happening to the Feed? Luckily, the Feed is staying just as it is with the exception of new authors. A couple classmates from my college are joining the team to take over what I do, including the blog. Prepare for more tutorials and fun content from an exciting, fresh perspective. You can rest assured that you’ll still receive all the latest updates on Zoya and Naked Manicure from the two talented ladies taking over.
Thank You
Overall, I hope you’ve enjoyed what we created with the Feed. Thanks for keeping up so far! I hope you learned something, laughed, or just found more reasons to support this awesome company. There’s only more exciting things to come from this blog, so I hope you’ll stay tuned!
Farewell, friends.
P.S. The feature image is the amazing cake my boss brought in for my last day. Of course it’s half gone since I already devoured it, but the original said “Good Luck, Nell.” (Misspelling my name was totally on purpose–one last joke on my last day). The cake was delicious, misspelling and all! I’m grateful to even be worth a cake and will miss the Zoya team greatly. It’s been a blast!
